RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

AMY SWEETY STORE is the only pre loved store which have guarantee and accept EXCHANGE after sale.......just follow the steps below. We’ll be happy to make it right.👧👧👧 💌Please be advised that most of the items are pre-loved and sometimes well used, unless stated otherwise. 😊 Returns and Exchanges are ONLY accepted within 7 days of the date it was received. 😌 If your package is sent back to us because it was UNCLAIMED, Couldn't be delivered etc and you want a REFUND your money will be deducted from shipping fee. 👯FREE items have no value for refunds. NO REFUND💫EXCHANGE ONLY 🌻Exchange items are sent after the return item(s) have been received and undergone a quality control check. You will receive a notification when you new item has been sent out. 🌻To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 🌻All exchanges must be for equal value. If you are exchanging an item for a lesser value the difference will be given as a store credit. 🌻The difference must be paid in full for Items being exchanged for a higher valued items. 😉 Shipping and handling cost on returned item is NON Refundable (unless the wrong item was shipped). If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please INFORM us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible. 😊BUT If you receive an item and you feel that it is defective or damaged and you send it back to us and we thoroughly check it for defects and damage and see nothing wrong with the item you will NOT be refunded your shipping charges and only eligible for EXCHANGE. 😎IF you recieved damaged or defective items due to shipping please make a report to the company. 💞We strongly recommend that, upon receipt, you inspect the goods.💞 🚚🚗You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will replace a damaged item if available but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty.
